UW Cashback Card
UW customers can use a prepaid Cashback Card for shopping. Cashback they earn is taken off their UW bill. Cashback isn't guaranteed on every purchase, and the terms can change.
Card issued by PSI-Pay Ltd, which is regulated by the FCA as an e-money issuer. E-money isn't covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
Up to 10% at participating retailers
Rates vary by retailer and can change. Retail partners are listed on UW's site.
1% at most other places
Only when you have at least one eligible UW service and no outstanding balance with UW. Limits and exclusions apply.
Taken off your UW bill
Cashback is credited against your UW bill. It is not paid out to you as cash.
You load your own money
It's a prepaid card you top up yourself. UW lists a £5 application fee and a £3 monthly fee, with a 3-month free trial for new customers.
UW advertises up to £250 in Cashback Card welcome credit for eligible new customers. The amount depends on how many qualifying services you take. You also need to apply for and activate the card within the time allowed, and meet the other terms of the offer.
Household services
Taking more qualifying UW services may bring extra benefits, if you're eligible and depending on the current terms. It doesn't automatically make every bill cheaper. What you end up with depends on the services you choose, their prices, your eligibility and how you use the Cashback Card.

Three separate things
These are three different kinds of benefit. They shouldn't be added together into one guaranteed savings figure.
What you pay now, compared with a confirmed alternative that's available to you. You might pay more, less or about the same.
Cashback you might earn by spending on the card. It depends on where and how much you spend, and it's credited against your UW bill.
A one-off promotional credit for new customers who meet the current terms. It's not ongoing, and not everyone qualifies.
The calculator above only adds up the amounts you enter. It doesn't compare live prices.
It's a prepaid Mastercard for UW customers. You load it with your own money through the UW app, then spend in shops or online. Cashback you earn is taken off your next UW bill. UW lists a £5 application fee and a £3 monthly fee, and new customers can try it free for 3 months. Check UW's page for the current terms.
No. Participating retailers offer different rates of up to 10%. Most other spending can earn 1%, but only if you have at least one eligible UW service and no outstanding balance, and limits and exclusions apply. Some spending earns nothing.
UW adds the cashback you've earned as a credit on your UW bill. It lowers what you owe UW. It isn't paid to you as cash.
UW advertises up to £250 in Cashback Card welcome credit for eligible new customers who take two or more qualifying services and get the card within the time allowed. Conditions include being a homeowner, paying by Direct Debit and keeping your services for a set time. Home insurance doesn't count. The amount depends on how many qualifying services you take. Please ask us to confirm the current offer.
No. More services can mean extra benefits, but it doesn't make every bill cheaper. What you'd pay depends on the services you choose, their prices, whether you're eligible and how much you use the card.
No. UW says car insurance is coming soon. We can't take car insurance enquiries until UW confirms it is available.
No. Review My Bills is the website of Bill Review Partners, an independent introduction service. We are not Utility Warehouse, and UW doesn't own or run this site. Partners may receive commission if you join UW.

Review My Bills is run by Bill Review Partners. It isn't the official Utility Warehouse website, and it isn't a UW comparison service. A bills review may involve looking at UW services. Bill Review Partners may act as a UW partner and may receive commission if you join, where that applies. Whether introductions can go ahead depends on the partner arrangement being approved.
